Elle consiste \u00e0 une harmonisation de la conscience et des valeurs de l\u2019existence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Qu\u2019est-ce que<strong> la conscience&nbsp;<\/strong>?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de notre force int\u00e9rieure nous permettant d\u2019int\u00e9grer nos&nbsp;pens\u00e9es, nos croyances, nos affects et nos \u00e9motions. D\u2019une autre part, nous avons <strong>l\u2019existence<\/strong>. Elle se caract\u00e9rise par la rencontre avec nous m\u00eame, les choses et les autres personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des s\u00e9ances, exclusivement verbales,&nbsp;nous prenons conscience de notre corps et de notre esprit. Le travail corporel doux r\u00e9veille les sensations de vitalit\u00e9, rel\u00e2che les tensions, permet de mieux se concentrer et mieux se connaitre. Ce cheminement personnel procure&nbsp;un sentiment de s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9, de bien \u00eatre, d\u2019harmonie&nbsp;physique et mentale.
